Adult Fitness Class: Using Martial Art Techniques

If you are looking to get fit, but also learn about techniques to guide discipline, safety, & self-defense while having fun doing it then this class is for you. The exercises and techniques taught in this class will focus on driving improvement in your physical abilities in unconventional ways than what you would find at a regular gym while incorporating cardio and strength training.
