Breaking Techniques:

"White Belt thru Bo-Black Belt"

Listed below are the breaking techniques for Juniors and Adults ONLY.

  1. White Belt

    1. Hammer fist (sideways or downwards)

    2. Sidekick basic style (front foot)

  2. Yellow Belt

    1. Knife Hand (sideways or downwards)

    2. Scissor sidekick (front foot)

  3. Orange Belt

    1. Elbow Strike (back hand)(sideways or upwards)

    2. Axe kick (Back foot)

  4. Green Belt

    1. Straight Punch (backhand)

    2. Step forward even other foot axe kick

  5. Purple Belt

    1. Ridge hand (sideways)

    2. Step forward event other foot front kick

  6. Blue Belt

    1. Hammer fist sideways (back hand) and knife hand (front hand)

    2. Step forward even other foot double sidekick

  7. Brown Belt

    1. Ridge hand (back hand) and knife hand (front hand)

    2. Step forward even other foot axe kick, front kick

  8. High Brown Belt

    1. Straight punch (front hand) and uppercut (back hand)

    2. Front kick, back kick (both back foot)

  9. Red Belt

    1. Double straight punch (both hands same time)

    2. Step forward even other foot sidekick, hook kick

  10. High Red Belt

    1. Uppercut, hook punch (both back hand)

    2. Back turning kick, roundhouse kick (both back foot)

  11. Bo-Black Belt

    1. Create your own breaking sequence.  It must contain 3-5 difference breaks and each break must be in a new direction
